Annuities Retention Specialist coordinates with service representatives and clients to assist with retaining the client's annuity business. Provides knowledge and expertise to clients in order to meet their financial goals and to clearly understand various options that are available with annuities. Being an Annuities Retention Specialist reviews surrender requests and contacts clients to re-engage and identify opportunities for additional sales. Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Annuities Retention Specialist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Position: Recruitment and Retention Coordinator
Reports directly to the Administrator. The primary purpose of this position is to assume responsibility of recruiting for basic level positions, including but not limited to: CNAs, Nurses, Housekeepers, Dietary Aides, and Laundry Aides. Employment is contingent on completion of all pre-employment screenings inclusive of a criminal background check and Medicaid Exclusion Screening, both indicating negative results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in posting open positions on job boards
· Contacting all applicants within a 24-hour period
· Scheduling interviews for candidates at the facility
· Staying in touch with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process
· Communicating and following up with each individual team member during their first 90 days
· Reporting interviews, hires, and orientation attendees
· Scheduling and coordinating all center recruiting activities
· Track and trend all applicant, hire and terms
· Chair Retention and Recruiting Committee
· Establish and implement retention programs in the center
· Establish relationships with all local school and/or community based programs to hire applicants
Skills:
• Possess at least a High School diploma and experience in customer service demonstrating ability
to communicate effectively with others.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to relate to people effectively and appropriately
· Proficiency in Excel and Word
Bonus:
· $200 hire bonus for all new hires that remain in the facility for 90 days
