Our company is growing and is looking for an Experienced Custodial Supervisor with advanced supervisory, team building, and customer service skills. Oversees cleaning operations to establish and implement operational standards and procedures for the janitorial department.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of custodians
• Monitor and assist day-to- day work
• Assign work duties, inspect work, and investigate customer complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action
• Monitor the team attendance and report absences to MOD
• Train new custodians and ensure task are completed
• Monitor custodians' productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Maintain supply and equipment closet clean, organize and safe manner
• Track equipment and cleaning supply inventory (including arranging maintenance and repair of vacuum cleaners)
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the building premises/adhere to cleaning schedule
• Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs
• Schedule and create other routine maintenance duties as assigned (such as deep cleaning projects: removal carpet stains, clean interior windows, deep cleaning offices, etc.)
• Supervising and evaluating the work of others
• Ensure custodians are using safety protection when handling chemicals
• Submit requests for facility repairs to the QR code for facility maintenance team
• Adhere to airport safety procedures and regulations
• Implement and enforced company policies and procedures for the janitorial department
• Maintain constant communication with CSR/FLA assistant managers and Customer Experience Manager (CEM).
• Attend meetings scheduled by CSR/FLA assistant managers and CEM

Qualification Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 years' experience as custodian, janitor, housekeeper
• 3 years of facilities management in the janitorial industry
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Experience managing direct reports, creating work schedule, and leading a team
• Communication skills (phone, email, in-person, radio)
• Strong problem solving
• Strong attention to detailed and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Must have the ability to clearly communicate with customers
• Must be Bilingual
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Certification, Licenses, and badging:

• Valid Driver's License is required with clean driving record
Ability to obtain a Dallas Love Field Security Badge
