Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting production processes, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a high level of quality. Duties:
- Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules and layouts to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Oversee the assembly line, ensuring that all components are properly assembled and meet quality standards.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble parts and products.
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with manufacturing team members to identify and resolve production issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that materials are readily available for production.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure that products meet manufacturing standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a warehouse or factory setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and the ability to assemble parts and products.
- Ability to operate a forklift and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with production team members and management.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.57 per hour
