EPIC Module Builder

Location: Fully remote, but candidate must located in OR, WA, AK, or TX

16 Month Contract or CTH

Summary:

The EPIC Builder will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and implementing EPIC modules according to organizational needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in multiple EPIC modules, including but not limited to Ambulatory, Rev Cycle (Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, or Claims), ClinDoc, SER, Imaging/Lab (Beaker), Patient Access, and Radiology (Radiant).

They should demonstrate proficiency in configuring and optimizing EPIC functionalities to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care processes.

Responsibilities:

Configure EPIC modules based on organizational requirements and best practices. Customize workflows, templates, order sets, and reports to meet end-user needs effectively.

Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing procedures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of EPIC modules. Collaborate with end-users to validate system functionality and resolve issues promptly.

Assist in the implementation of EPIC modules, including system setup, data migration, and end-user training. Provide on-site support during go-live activities to address user concerns and ensure a smooth transition.

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate the adoption and utilization of EPIC functionalities.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.

EPIC certification in relevant modules (e.g., Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Radiant) preferred.

Minimum of [X] years of experience in EPIC implementation, configuration, and support.

Proficiency in multiple EPIC modules, including Ambulatory, Rev Cycle (HB/PB/Claims), ClinDoc, SER, Imaging/Lab (Beaker), Patient Access, and Radiology (Radiant).

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
