Application Support Specialist jobs in Sterling Heights, MI

Experience: 3-5 years

Description: Respond to and resolve technological issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff). Ability to learn the MiFILE application, and other Court specific line of business technologies, with the aim of supporting business users in their day-to-day use of the system. Assist with implementation of the State of Michigan’s e-File application, and help end users navigate learning and using the system post-go-live. Interface with County IT team on incidents and problems that need higher level technical support. Please note: Positions will be on-site 5 days a week, as the primary function of the role is to support District Courts staff with their technology needs while Court is in session. The position will be on-location in Rochester Hills. Must pass a background check.

Environment: Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat.
