SUMMARY The purpose of the PEO AVN contract is to provide IT support services to enable Weapon System Development and Management, and System IT Life-Cycle support and solutions from concept development through disposal, including sustainment. IT support services include advanced state-of-the-art IT services that will continue to expand due to new missions, IT initiatives, and changing requirements.
The Applications Team Lead position will lead our ServiceNow, SharePoint, DBAs, and .net developers. The candidate will have routine interaction with government leadership, to include the PEO AVN CIO, CTO, and COO, as well as the Agile Defense Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and other Team Leads.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Have general knowledge of required tools, platforms, and software such as SQL, SharePoint, Visual Studio, and Service Now, Power BI, and the Power Platform.
· Manage team members and monitor deadlines and other requirements for tasks and projects.
· Have excellent communication and leadership skills to help facilitate processes and communicate them to stakeholders.
