Summary:

• The Systems Analyst under minimal supervision, provides customer support for Information Technology related issues in designated areas of the health system.
• Technical responsibilities include maintaining a working knowledge of customers daily operations to ensure superior technical support, identifying process improvements based on customer's needs and troubleshooting and providing client support for systems and applications.
• The Systems Analyst may participate in Project Management from inception to completion and performs other duties as assigned.
• Competent to work in most phases of systems analysis but may require guidance in others.
• An understanding of relevant technology, tools, and methods is required.
• A sound knowledge of at least one core technical area or business process is required.
• Required experience includes 6 years of Systems Analysis, Design and/or Support, or 2 years' experience required with a bachelor's degree in a Computer Science field.
• Preferred - SQL experience, Desktop & Server support.
• Preferred - Administrative Applications Support experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience: 6 years - Systems Analysis; Or - 6 years - Systems Design; Or - 6 years - Systems Support; Or - 2 years - Relevant experience with Bachelors
Required Education: Bachelors - Information Services Related; Or - High School or Equivalent
