Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Provide transaction coordinator to manage the sales in process and coordinate most aspects of the sale in process through closing.
    Provide transaction manager to oversee your in process sales alongside the transaction coordinator.
    Provide Listing coordinator to manage your listing documents, property launch, paid photography, paid advertising, paid marketing, draft mls listing sheet.
    Provide you with live client connections, active leads, and help you convert the people you attract to clients.

    What you’ll do :
    Bring relevant information using our proven systems to the people within your database that will help them learn the marketplace for sellers and buyers.
    Host open houses using our proven strategies to sell the home, attract sellers and buyers to do future business with.
    Follow through with clients in the database and work to add new people weekly.
    Show homes, attend inspections for your buyers, attend closing.
    Attend listing appointments, we will help you prepare pricing reports, market analysis, pitch materials.
    You’ll be the main point person for your buyers and sellers. We will be your support.
