Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) jobs in Iowa City, IA

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Conduct all business in accordance with Q4 Real Estate policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.
• Management of property leads scheduling tours and meeting/touring with prospects.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while preparing lease documents, tenant files, applications preparation, and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, including closing the sale, processing applications, completing lease documents, and ensuring a smooth move in process for each client.
• Showcase the value of the property amenities as they relate to the prospect's needs.
• Utilize creative marketing and social media strategies to increase interest.
• Support occupancy and maintain tenant retention.
• Use problem-solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations.
• Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the property and local competitors.
• Plan, organize tenant events.
• Keeping tenants informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues.
• Build relationships with current tenants to give them personalized service.
• Remain visible in the business community and in the marketplace in which the company operates and provide a positive and professional image for the company.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships and provide excellent customer service internally and externally.
• Will assist in other projects and activities as needed.

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
