Our motto is “Survival of the Littlest” and we’ve been saving lives since 1981. We are now the premier water survival and learn-to-swim school in Atlanta - for kids and adults!

What's this job really about?

Simply put, your job is to help us build the best swim program in Atlanta! You will do this by maintaining a regular schedule of classes that you teach, becoming an expert in our program. You can expect to spend 20 hours each week at the pool, teaching lessons and providing support to the team.

If you have a college degree, there will also be the opportunity for additional shifts working from home. Specific duties can be designed to fit your skills and interests, but some examples include:

• Developing and leading in-service training clinics for our aquatics and customer support teams.
• Creating reports to track the progress of students and developing action plans.
• Leading projects to improve customer service, new enrollments, and student retention.
• Assisting our Director of Operations and Aquatics Manager on a variety of special projects.

What we need from you:

• 2 years of aquatics management and leadership experience, including time as a swim instructor in a respected program.
• Enthusiastic, confident personality with strong relationship and customer service skills. Fun & Energetic!
• Influential leadership in a fun environment built on trust
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
