RAL Art Center is hiring a part-time Adult Art Program Manager with the background and experience to oversee and expand the adult art education offerings at the RAL Art Center. This includes managing all facets of both fee-based and no-fee RAL programs for adults in the Northern Neck. Duties include recruiting instructors, scheduling class sessions, interacting with community partners, managing the program budget, and performing program evaluations in accordance with grant requirements. Hours needed are estimated at 12 to 15 per week. Candidates must love art, have previous management and administrative experience and be proficient in scheduling applications, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. Additional critical skills include strong verbal and written communication ability, experience in customer service and sales, and multi-tasking.
