Art Teacher

Athletes Global Corporation is a non-profit arts organization located in San Francisco, CA. We are currently seeking Art Teachers to work in our art studio. Art teachers will be responsible for providing art instruction to children ages 10-15 years old, and assisting with the after school program.

Athletes Global Corporation is hiring an Art Teacher!

Our future artist class will introduce participants to painting, drawing, water colors, self-portraits, clay creation and much more. Participants will create various projects throughout the class and present their favorite creation at the end of the program.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessment to support students' learning in Art.
• Collaborate with the instructor to create and implement art projects.
• Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Provide positive support to students as they work on their projects and as they complete their work.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, administrators, and staff to create a learning environment that is supportive of all students.
• Other duties as assigned.

Day: Saturdays
Time: 10:00 pm - 12:30 pm
Ages: 5 - 12 years

Qualifications:

• Related field preferred.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Must be able to work well with others and be collaborative in the classroom.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Required)
• Visual arts painting: 1 years (Preferred)
• Art: 2 years (Required)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
