Position: Director, Plant Operations

Job Summary:

As the Director of Plant Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's manufacturing and production processes. You will lead a team of plant managers and supervisors to ensure that production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's manufacturing and production operations
• Oversee and manage all plant managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of their teams
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals and maintain quality standards
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to develop and execute plans that align with overall business objectives
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Manage budgets and expenses for the plant operations department
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with budget management and cost control
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
