Reliable Healthcare is looking for an MA II in Carson City, Nevada!
This is a full-time Management Analyst II for the Bureau of Behavioral Health Wellness and Prevention (BBHWP). This position will coordinate and support the preparation of the agency’s federal block grants and other discretionary grant applications with the ability to gain knowledge of and enforce federal compliance requirements, federal cost principles, and administrative rules.
The position will assist staff in the management and reconciliation of federal and state funding and complete the fiscal reporting requirements throughout the life cycle of the grants.
Responsibilities and Standards
· Review, analyze, track, monitor and process the Bureau’s Request for Reimbursements.
· Assist the Management Analyst III – Fiscal Manager in the monthly maintenance and updating
of all spending category sub grantee reconciliations.
· Provide fiscal backup to the Bureau’s Management Analyst III- Fiscal Manager.
· Support and back up to Management Analyst II and MA I.
Requirements
· A bachelor's degree or greater from an accredited college or university in business or public administration, accounting, finance or similar discipline directly related to fiscal or business management; OR two years of journey level technical or paraprofessional experience in the field in which the applicant is to be trained.
