Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Stipends:

• Up to $400 per month stipend for gas mileage and cellphone reimbursements
• Stipends fluctuate with fuel prices and other variable factors throughout the year*

Job Type: Full-Time, with possibility for on-call rotation

Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and proficient in a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, roofing, and more. This position requires efficiency, versatility, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, painting, wall and trim repair, appliance and other general repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance and repair work.
• Strong plumbing skills; in-wall and out-of-wall
• Electrical experience (no license needed)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Physical agility to navigate stairs, ladders, and outdoor environments.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools and equipment.
