What You'll Be Doing

• Report to the Production and Post Production team.
• Organize, Edit, and finish polished weekly video podcasts, content and social promos.
• Preserve brand voice and personality in all creative executions
• Own the music selection, sound mixing, and finishing for all podcasts and social content
• Ensure quality control and accuracy with final edits
• Collaborate daily with colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment
• Transcode, render, and manage the database for all final assets
• Self-manage tasks and accurately scope project timelines
• Proactively anticipate challenges and provide practical solutions

• Experience editing YouTube content
• Polished and engaging edits
• Dynamic editing that demonstrates concise, impactful videos with a strong sense of pacing
• Welcomes active workflow between team members in the development process
• Have an acute sense of timing with editing, an ear for mixing, and an eye for color.
• Great attitude, highly collaborative, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of current media codecs, bit rates, frame rates, asset management, archival, and transcoding.
• Creative Cloud Software: Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator
