Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Full-Time Office Administrator to join our team at our Bloomington dealerships. This position is perfect for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Support management with daily administrative tasks
- Provide filing and general office assistance to the accounting team
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Support payroll processing
- Support license and title paperwork
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Familiarity with auto manufacturer processes and requirements
- Previous experience as a license and title clerk is a plus
- Highly organized with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented, with a friendly demeanor
- Reliable and punctual, with a professional appearance
