Assist the Center Director in leading and teaching staff, excellent administrative work, organizational, verbal, listening and communication skills needed along with supporting families, and achieving enrollment. Work with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care in education for their children. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community contacts.
Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed including teaching, cooking, cleaning and running errands.
CPR and First Aid certificate. Must meet licensing requirements and know the rules. Have at least two years of early childhood education experience with comprehension of developmentally appropriate curriculum and motor skills used in the classroom.
