Duties:

As the Community Manager, you will be fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Scheduling, supervising, and directing the daily activities of all on-site staff.

2. Ensuring fiscal budgetary compliance to approved operation budgets.

3. Ensuring compliance with management company personnel, operations policy and procedures, and compliance to company standards.

4. Providing effective marketing and communications, including advising management of pertinent issues related to the community, market, or other respective issues.

5. Planning, promoting, and implementing an effective Resident Retention program.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Property management experience, with a proven track record for successful leasing and renewal rates.
• Experience with property management software, with Onesite experience being a plus.
• Outgoing, organized, effective communicators willing to go the extra mile to ensure the property is run efficiently and maintained to the standards of RichSmith Management.
• Proficiency in all standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software is beneficial.
