Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year College or University.
• 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  

Job Summary:

• Complies and analyzes a variety of accounting data, prepares and audits journal entries, analyzes accounts, audits ledgers, reconciles accounts, and prepares related reports. Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the Month End Close process
• Assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial statements & variance reports for all managed entities to be reviewed by Controller.
• Develop reports that accurately represent and summarize critical cost elements.
• Assist in preparation of Weekly Revenue Flash reports
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions
• Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
• Review and authenticate reserves including promotions, warranty, Discounts, and allowances, etc.
• Assist Controller with preparation of financial plans, forecasts,
• Review Cost Standards and monthly journal entries.
• Analyze inventory levels, change, and requirements.
• Assist Controller in Budget process and analytics
• Assist Controller in Weekly Cashflow
• Preparing monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting
• Ensuring all accounting practices follow legal guidelines and established accounting principles
• Oversee AR, AP, Inventory & Payroll
• Assist in the coordination of financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations to maximize returns on investments and to increase productivity.
