Assistant, Controller jobs in York, PA

Our client has an immediate need for an Assistant Controller. This is an amazing time to get involved with a well-established, global manufacturer in a unique role that blends accounting, project management, and FP&A. This person will work heavily within their ERP system to manage large scale projects from start to finish. Reporting directly to the Divisional Controller, this would be an outstanding opportunity for someone with accounting skills that is looking to expand their knowledge in analytics, project management and strategic planning. This company offer flexible hours and a hybrid remote/in-office schedule.

Assistant Controller Main Duties:

• ERP System Support of Processes and Data
• Monthly closing and consolidations
• Financial Reporting
• Data Analytics
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Partner with Management and Key Business Partners

Assistant Controller Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5 years of related experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Strong systems experience – Advanced Excel and ERP system experience required
• MBA or CPA a plus
• Manufacturing experience a plus

Salary: $75-95K depending on experience. This is a stable, multi-billion dollar organization with excellent benefits.
