     Mon-Fri 8:30am – 4pm $18 /hour
    • Maintain computerized accounting system-General Ledger-Accounts Payable-Accounts Receivable, Payroll
    • Coordinate and prepare monthly premium statements for payment, maintain records and deductions
    • Prepare financial system for license billing
    • Maintain spread sheets capital improvements; monitoring expenditures
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Knowledge and Skills:
    • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
    • Knowledge of and experience with accounting, budget, payroll, and auditing practices.
    • Knowledge of tax, audit and payroll regulations.
    • High Level of ethics and integrity.
    • Extensive knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
    • High level of computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel a must) Outlook Express, QuickBooks, Customized Billing, General Ledger and Licensing Programs.
    • This is a temp to permanent opportunity.

Provide strong technical expertise and direction to support the development of the annual business plan, operating budget, forecasts, financial reports, capital expenditure budget and profit and loss statements.
