The General Manager / Asst General Manager plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties

• Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms, following health and safety regulations.
• Support shift management by coordinating tasks among team members and ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.
• Help manage inventory by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to implement new procedures or promotions effectively.
• Participate in training new staff members on operational procedures and customer service expectations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in quick service fast food or casual dining settings.
• Familiarity with culinary practices and hospitality standards is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in shift management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within a dynamic work environment is essential.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
