Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experience Inside Sales Manager at Merchant Club of America in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for lead follow up, running pre-scheduled phone or video appointments set by the marketing department, account management, and sales activities. The leads and appointment opportunities are provided for you. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with merchant clients, driving sales growth in the office, and ensuring customer success.
Qualifications
- Merchant Services Sales Experience
- Inside Sales and Sales skills over the phone
- CRM and Account Management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Familiar with payment card industry terminology.
Pay will be a base salary plus commission. TBD on experience and skill level.
