We are looking for a motivated parts counter sales person with experience in light-heavy duty truck equipment parts! Cliffside Body Corp. is a family owned truck equipment distributor/upfitter/repair shop with over 100 years in the work truck industry. We are an OEM distributor for a number of the most prominent truck equipment brands in the world. We have a multi-million dollar parts inventory, and carry dozens of brands.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner. This includes walk-in customers, phone calls and email inquiries

- Provide quotes, along with other information

- Stock and reconcile parts as they come in

- Pull and fill orders from stock

- Assist mechanics in finding the correct part for specific jobs

- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure efficient parts availability

- Inventory management and some purchasing

- Represent the company at trade shows to promote products

Requirements:

A qualified parts counter sales person will have the following qualifications:

- Minimum one (1) years of experience in wholesale/retail parts atmosphere

- Knowledgeable with point of sale computer management system (Vision RMS a plus)

- Knowledgeable with productivity software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

- Desire to provide excellent customer service

- Able to work Monday-Friday (7:30-4:00)

- Ability to commute to Fairview, NJ (in person)

- Strong communication ability

- Able to work in a team environment

- Strong diagnostic and problem solving ability

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is not a requirement, but definitely a plus

- Maintain a clean and organized showroom

- Ability to lift 50 lbs

- Valid driver’s license

- Occasional driving may be required
