    Parts Manager/Assistant Parts Manager
    Staten Island, NY
     
    Full-time Monday through Friday 
    Pay based on experience
     
    As the Parts Manager, you will facilitate the entire parts lifecycle – ordering, receiving, inventory, and facilitate online part sales. Detail oriented and mechanically savvy with an interest in growing with the business. Must be a team player and willing to assist in areas of the marina operations.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage parts department, ensuring techs receive the correct part needed
    • Answer phone calls from customers/manufacturers
    • Create purchase orders and work orders
    • Order parts/supplies as needed
    • Conduct online ordering for parts, or conduct phone orders
    • Check in all parts
    • Unload trucks with forklift as needed
    • Put away all stock on shelves
    • Enter all parts given out into DockMaster
    • Tag and enter boat keys into Keytrac
    • Answer inquiries from management, sales, and customers about parts
    • Ship out various items via UPS
    Qualifications:
    • Possesses parts knowledge
    • Positive attitude with initiative
    • Team player
    • Good judgement/problem solving skills
    • Detail oriented and can prioritize with little to no supervision
