Assistant Property Manager jobs in Carson City, NV

We're searching for a full-time, diligent property manager assistant to provide administrative and field support. You’ll be responsible for conducting inspections, managing maintenance, responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, and screening rental applications, among other tasks. Applicants should be extremely thorough, punctual, VERY comfortable with technology, ability to follow checklists, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. $17 - $19 hourly

• Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements

• Be the main point of contact for customers and clients via phone and office visits
• Conduct occupied wellness inspections
• Manage maintenance
• Process rental applications

• Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
• Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
• High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
• Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner

• Must pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
