Assistant Property Manager (Baltimore, MD)
GNR Property Management - an innovative, tech savvy, dynamic and growing company is seeking an assistant property manager for our Baltimore office. The APM should be super motivated, well organized, detail oriented and able to work independently as part of our property management team managing 400 single family units in Baltimore. The APM will also be responsible for some of the leasing team tasks.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Property Manager duties and expected characteristics are:
- Take part in move-ins and move-outs, including apartment pre move in and post move out inspections
- Handling Delinquent Resident Accounts in accordance with company policies
- Operate CRM software (Yardi) and use other technologies utilized by GNR (Trello, Slack, more…)
- Work with residents to resolve complaints
- Maintain property and tenant files and spreadsheets
- Answer incoming calls from tenants and vendors, coordinate utility appointments
- Collecting and processing resident rent checks
- Assist in other property management tasks as needed
- Report back to Philadelphia office (Property Manager and Leasing Manager)
- Being a part of our great property management team
Qualifications:
- Prior residential property management experience is required with a minimum of three years as an Assistant Manager or Property Manager
- Multitasking and prioritizing capabilities
- Must have good problem solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Yardi experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work alone and independently
- Attention to detail
- Driver's license with reliable transportation required
- Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
