Assistant Property Manager jobs in Reading, PA

We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager who will work closely with the property manager to supervise and assist with administrative tasks related to leasing, rent collection, overseeing maintenance staff and vendor selection. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience as a Property Manager and will have a great deal of initiative in both listening to our residents and helping solve tough issues.

Responsibilities:

• Keep a record of prospective tenants and their application information.
• Screen potential tenants for specific criteria.
• Perform credit and background checks on prospective tenants.
• Inspect an apartment before issuing the lease.
• Attend open house events to provide information to prospective tenants.
• Assist the property manager with maintenance and repairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
