Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and schedule employees
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences
- Knowledge of shift management techniques to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing employees
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including kitchen management and food service best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
