Position: Administrative Assistant - Security Office

Hours or FTE: 210 days (10 Months) Starting Date: As Soon As Possible

Job Description: The candidate will provide administrative support to the Middle School and High School principals by assisting with safe, effective and efficient attendance and security procedures.

Qualifications/Degree: High School Diploma/GED, experience using administrative and computer skills, organizational skills, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently. The candidate must be able to effectively and positively communicate with students and other visitors to the school building.

Special Job Requirements:

• Maintain controlled access to the building, and monitor doors and alarms, and check visitors into the building
• Record, monitor, and prepare attendance reports for building administration using Skyward
• Must be able to work with and preserve confidentiality regarding student and family information

Beginning Salary Range: Per Administrative Assistant’s Wage and Benefit Package; $16.20 - $19.95 hourly wage based on experience.
