• Answering calls and greeting guests
• Ordering office supplies and keeping office kitchens stocked with snacks and drinks
• Arranging weekly office lunches
• Arranging office parties and team events, and assisting with larger events
• Ordering and maintaining Legato swag for employees, clients, and partners
• Preparing and overseeing office visits by clients, partners, and prospects
• Acting as an executive assistant to the CEO and COO
• Field customer inquiries, website requests, and general inquiries
• Monitor “info@” and “admin@” email inboxes
• Other duties as assigned

• Impeccable organizational and written communication skills
• Proficiecy in Microsoft Office software such as Outlook and Word
• 2 years previous experience in a similar role, emphasis on executive assistant roles
