General Summary of Duties:

Provides protection for employees, guest, and property

Typical Physical/Mental Demands:

• Requires prolonged, standing or walking; requires mobility; requires eye/hand coordination and

manual dexterity; requires normal vision hearing range and using basic math skills.

• Must be able to communicate directly and professionally with all guests and fellow employees.

May be required to lift heavy objects, up to SO pounds.

• Must understand and comply with policies and procedures, Job description, daily memoranda

and other instructions.

• Must be able to respond quickly to time sensitive occurrence, fellow instructions.
• Access and evaluate situation quickly document situation whether you believe it's a situation or

not; agree to submit to a background check.

• Typical Working Conditions:
• Work is performed in the casino; staff and heavy customer contact is required; tolerate varying

conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.

Example of Duties: (including but not limited to the following)

• Assures that the property is adequately secure and under surveillance
• Inspects and Evaluates Security Equipment
• Require having good customer service skills, Example; getting change, keeping the casino clean,

and taking care of guests needs.

• Exercises sound judgement in the planning and organization of proper procedures for property security.
• Must be able to perform the table drop, black jack fills/credits, jackpot/fills and all other security related functions.
• Establishes and maintains rapport with local law enforcement personnel in matters of mutual concern.
• Must possess through knowledge of the casino security industry, including but not limited to slots, blackjack, and poker. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Nevada Limited Gaming Act requirements.

Education: High School or Equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of six (6) months experience in the casino industry is desirable.

Certificate/license: Current and Valid Nevada Support Gaming license.
