As our LPN Director of Nursing, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You'll:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for our nursing team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment.
• Champion resident well-being and resident-centered care.
