Assisted Living Program Administrator jobs in Almo, ID

Assisted Living Program Administrator oversees all activities of an assisted living program, including marketing, census development, and community relations. Develops strategic plans for maximizing occupancy and achieving profitability. Being an Assisted Living Program Administrator ensures that resident services meet quality standards and that the facility operates within budget while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. May require a bachelor's degree in related area. Additionally, Assisted Living Program Administrator requires state administrator license. Typically reports to senior management. The Assisted Living Program Administrator manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Assisted Living Program Administrator typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     YOUR NEXT 9 MONTHS LOOK LIKE:

    1. Understanding the Ashley Manor systems, policies, and state regulations well enough that you can teach any new employee how to thrive at Ashley Manor.
    2. Establishing enough rapport with your employees, residents, and resident family members that they know and trust you. This means that they feel like they can call you and you will handle their concerns, as well as celebrate their successes with them.
    3. Understanding the metrics that drive success at your community and how you and your team directly influence them. These metrics are related to financial health, employee engagement, resident wellness, compliance, and employee safety.
    4. Becoming First Aid, CPR, and Med Tech certified (if not already obtained).
    5. Increasing job satisfaction with your employees by working with them to provide opportunities that make the present as meaningful as the past for our residents. For example: finding our more about each resident and their past, then incorporating the resident's experiences and interests into activities. Another example could be to take pictures of the residents during fun activities and then send the photo to the resident's family as a postcard.
    6. Having obtained your Administrator license (if not already done)
    7. Working with the Sales and Marketing team to meet your community census goal!


    Requirements

    • Must be 21 years of age
    • Must pass a criminal background check
    • This position is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing
    • Must possess valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal automobile insurance
    • Must be able to lift up to thirty-five (35) pounds unassisted
