Develops strategic plans for maximizing occupancy and achieving profitability. Being an Assisted Living Program Administrator ensures that resident services meet quality standards and that the facility operates within budget while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. May require a bachelor's degree in related area. Additionally, Assisted Living Program Administrator requires state administrator license. Typically reports to senior management. The Assisted Living Program Administrator manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
