    Key Responsibilities

    • Process Design & Improvement: Support and lead design initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
    • Hands-On Technical Support: Provide direct troubleshooting assistance to craft employees to restore product flow efficiently.
    • System Enhancements: Address recurring design, equipment, and process issues by implementing lasting system improvements.
    • Maintenance Collaboration: Partner with maintenance teams for outage planning, major repairs, and responding to 24/7 on-call troubleshooting.
    • Capital Projects: Develop and oversee small capital projects and support large-scale repairs and process engineering efforts.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
    • Training & Development: Facilitate technical training to improve craft employee skills and knowledge.

    Shift Schedule:
    12-hour Night Shift (7 days on, 7 days off)
    Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    Basic Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with electrical systems and controls in an industrial environment.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
    • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a background in lean manufacturing and failure analysis.
    • Proficiency in working with AC/DC drives and Allen-Bradley Logix5000 PLCs.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • Familiarity with instrumentation, including HART communication, and gas-fired combustion systems.
    • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite.
