  • The Trade Show Marketing Associate at TiMOTION USA plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing all facets of trade show exhibitions across the North American market. In addition to spearheading the coordination, planning, and execution of trade show activities, this dynamic position encompasses a broader scope of responsibilities within the realm of marketing initiatives for the company.


    Job Responsibilities


    • Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure comprehensive preparation for trade show events. Manage invoice payments promptly and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with the corporate design team, Operations department, graphic designer, local FAE heads and sales team to finalize booth designs and arrange necessary product purchases/sample orders.
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of exhibition items and proactively order supplies as needed.
    • Maintain communication with show contacts regarding regulations, updates, and changes.
    • Research and arrange accommodation for trade show staff.
    • Organize freight logistics for transportation to and from show locations, including material handling.
    • Assist in the packing and assembly of trade show equipment before, during, and after exhibitions.
    • Attend domestic trade shows and identify upcoming events aligning with product applications.
    • Coordinate pre-show marketing campaigns via the company website, social media platforms, and MailChimp email campaigns.
    • Manage post-show activities, including surveys and reporting.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.
    • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and support sales initiatives.
    • Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media channels, to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
    • Assist with organizing and attending industry events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
    • Provide support for other marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.

    Education/Experience


    • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business or Marketing.
    • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
    • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in trade shows and related logistics.
