Our Award Winning Client is nationally recognized and has consistently received numerous awards for excellence. They are seeking a dedicated Account Manager, Fully Insured to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing relationships with commercial groups while ensuring the successful management of insured premium revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the retention and servicing of assigned commercial groups, focusing on maintaining and expanding relationships.
• Provide comprehensive strategic account management, including annual renewal negotiations and contract reviews.
• Collaborate with producers and clients to identify opportunities for service expansion and relationship growth.
• Maintain a balance between member and group retention, while achieving financial performance targets and loss ratio objectives.
• Manage relationships with various groups, including large employers, national accounts, associations, and trusts.

Position Overview:
This hybrid role requires frequent travel across the Central and Southwest Oregon Region to engage with clients and ensure the delivery of top-tier service. The Account Manager will be part of a team responsible for managing approximately $500 million in insured premium revenue, with each team member contributing over $75 million annually.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry or related field, with significant experience in direct, in-person client interactions.
• Proven experience and comfort in public speaking and conducting group presentations.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, compliant with state regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, particularly in roles involving sales or service.
• A solid understanding of Health Plan operations, customer service challenges, and the ability to adapt to shifting market demands.
• Possession of an Oregon State Residential Insurance License is advantageous.

Pay: $67,787.00 - $107,307.10 per year
