Qualifications Required:

• Master’s degree or higher
• 2 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Design individualized programming based on client and caregiver needs
• Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA interventions
• Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
• Use behavioral skills training to prepare direct care staff for client programs
• Choose appropriate assessments and complete necessary documentation for client funding source reviews
• Create reports, including functional behavior assessments, treatment plans, intervention plans, and discharge summaries

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (preferred)
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Familiarity with BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA, and company policies
• Physical ability to move between seated and standing positions frequently, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
