Job Description Summary

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will leverage your technical expertise to oversee the planning, development, and execution of Planned Maintenance Elements within a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will lead diverse teams, including technical and non-technical personnel, support contractors, and operations staff.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will bring a deep technical understanding of the process and equipment, driving process development and implementation in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities include managing teams, overseeing Planned Maintenance Elements, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

• Partner with line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets and ensure process stability.
• Own technology, process, and centerline settings, maintaining deep technical mastery.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
• Assist in new initiatives and enable the VSU team, contributing to internal and external benchmarking.
• Provide technical training and serve as a subject matter expert in PM-related subjects.

Additional Job Description

Education / Certifications:

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday with Open availability for any shift

Additional Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising engineering/maintenance/production staff.
• Understanding of KPIs and KAI's.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• TPM and IL6S preferred.

Skills and Certifications (Bold indicates required):

• Total Productive Maintenance & Integrated Lean Six Sigma
• SAP
