Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and objectives.
• Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, and service level determination.
• Plan and monitor staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, and evaluating staff members.
• Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate and direct internal and external audits to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster an environment that encourages professional growth and development.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols to enhance patient care.
