    Job Description:

    The Territory Sales Manager (West Coast) will drive branded license sales for Our Award Winning Client. You will be responsible for driving the overall growth of the Our Award Winning Client brand throughout your territory by supporting prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs, and utilizing our competitive advantages in brand strength to formulate solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with customers to maintain their competitive marketing strategy by ensuring proper implementation and utilization of all marketing, advertising, image, and credit card programs offered by Our Award Winning Client.
    • Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends and market intelligence; conduct SWOT analysis for your territory.
    • Develop and secure a pipeline of new opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking.
    • Leverage internal resources by maintaining effective daily communication and timely reporting.
    • Formulate appropriate branding packages for customers, manage contract negotiations, and assist in determining applicable offers.
    • Actively listen to customers and champion any issues to resolution.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; equivalent experience and education considered.
    • 5 years of demonstrated outside sales representative experience required; Oil & gas industry experience is strongly preferred.
    • Working proficiency with MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proven record of success driving sales.
    • Available for regular travel to meet prospective and established customers.

    Skills and Certifications:

    • Oil & gas industry experience
    • Demonstrated experience in outside sales

    Ideal Candidate:

    Driven, proven experience setting and meeting goals, comfortable with cold calling, positive attitude. OIL & GAS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.
