Job Description:

The Production Manager will lead all production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborating with various departments, including safety, engineering, supply chain & materials, administration, and quality, the Production Manager will drive operational efficiency and cost reduction. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership to ensure a safe work environment and equipping employees with necessary resources.
• Developing, implementing, and auditing quality processes to meet organizational standards.
• Establishing procedures to comply with regulatory requirements, HSE policies, and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Educating and coaching employees on production frameworks and facilitating continuous improvement.
• Managing employee timecards and overseeing administrative tasks.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective management of employees with professionalism
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Team player with problem-solving skills
• Experience in continuous quality improvement
• Preferred: SAP Business Processing System experience

Experience:

• 3 years in manufacturing or related field.
• 5 years in personnel management.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required (Technical degree preferred).
