We are a growing Debt Relief and Bankruptcy Law Firm seeking an additional member(s) for our team. The position is the first contact for potential clients and sets the precedent of how the client feels about the firm so a great phone presence, positive attitude, and attention to detail is a must.
We are seeking a candidate that possesses:
· Adequate computer and typing skills (you will be speaking to live clients and filling in the information received within our database so keeping up, accurately, is a must)
· Organizational skills (we are a high volume firm so you must be able to multi-task while obtaining accurate information)
· A strong work ethic (being a high volume firm you must be eager to speak to as many leads as possible every day)
· Teamwork (our intake group is a team and must work together to call back clients on time and to answer all incoming calls)
· The desire to grow with the firm (we have doubled in size in the last year and have plans to continue that so we want you to be here long term and grow with us as we promote from within)
