Our law firm is seeking a dedicated full-time bankruptcy legal assistant for our Dothan, Alabama office location. This position will be responsible for meeting with clients and walk them through the intake process and their initial consultation with the attorney, as well as the signings of completed bankruptcy cases. The legal assistant will also keep track of appointments, send out letters, take in paperwork, manage payments, assist in the filing of the cases, and perform all other duties assigned. This position will also help put together bankruptcy petitions using the BestCase bankruptcy software.
