We are a family law firm with 10 locations in North Carolina and South Carolina. We are currently looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Family Law Attorney to join our team supporting SC legal needs, where our founder is from originally. You will join our growing Columbia office, under the mentorship of an excellent Managing Attorney who has worked closely with the courts in this area for many years, and have a stake in building and growing the office further to the next level as we build our footprint in the area.
Preferably you will have at least three (3) years of experience practicing family law in South Carolina and you will also have some experience with managing and overseeing paralegals and other support staff.
You must be a positive person and a team player. If you see the glass as being half full, you are definitely the type of person we are looking for. Our law firm is a close-knit team.
Compensation is negotiable and based on experience. It is also subject to periodic review and raises and bonuses are based on job performance. If we succeed, you will, too!
Our work environment is how our firm sets itself apart. We work with each attorney to determine goals for the year and provide the attorneys with the tools they need to succeed. We hold yearly gatherings and celebrations for everyone in the firm. We support one another and applaud when someone accomplishes a challenging goal. Drama is for the courtroom, not the office. We all get along and provide support. Yes, it can be done and we are choosy when adding new team members. If you think this description sounds like you, please reach out to us and apply!
Full benefits package, including health, dental, eye, life, paid vacations, and 401-k matching. The Firm also offers different opportunities for work/life balance, reach out to discuss!
