Professor Research - College of Nursing

Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Professor Research - College of Nursing at its Detroit campus location.

Essential functions (job duties):

-Develop and maintain a strong program of research
-Seek external grant funding
-Published in nationally recognized journals
-Support Nursing graduate students in their educational research endeavors
-Prepare, teach and evaluate assigned courses
-Use teaching strategies appropriate to learning needs
-Participate in College and University committees
-Perform related duties as assigned

Unique duties:

Qualifications:

-PhD required
-Previous teaching experience at baccalaureate or higher degree level
-Strong program of externally funded research
