Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Monmouth County, New Jersey (NJ)

Qualifications Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• 1 years of experience in any of the following:
• Acute Care
• Emergency Department (ED)
• Critical Care
• Oncology
• Burn Unit/Wound Clinic
• Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
• Home Health
• All of the following valid licenses/certifications:
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey (NJ)

Overview: Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare provider, seeks a dedicated Home Health RN for Monmouth County, NJ. The ideal candidate will deliver skilled nursing care, maintain patient safety, and uphold our client's esteemed reputation. This position offers competitive bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care across diverse age and diagnostic groups.
• Apply nursing process principles to collect data, plan, and evaluate care effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care.
• Conduct effective interviews, gather data, and maintain professional boundaries.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare teams, patients, and families.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety, promptly reporting significant conditions.
• Respond to critical situations based on established protocols.
• Use clear oral and written communication for timely information sharing.
• Utilize EMR system: Home Care Home Base.
• Provided Equipment: Tablet, Phone.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Full-time onsite position, including one weekend per month.
• Inclusive of working one summer and one winter holiday.

• IMPORTANT! (Unionized Position) This role is part of a Union, with hourly compensation based on experience. Additional bonuses for education and certifications. Union dues apply.
• Mileage Reimbursement: Current IRS rate.
• Potential sign-on bonus available.

• Excluded specialties: Dermatology, Obstetrics/Labor and Delivery, Urology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Urgent Care, Surgery, Dialysis, etc.
• Service coverage: Monmouth County.

Orientation: Monthly, two full weeks of training. Travel: 5-7 visits/day, dependent on visit type. Travel Radius: Full county coverage. EMR: Home Care Home Base. Equipment Provided: Tablet, Phone. Scheduling: Assistance provided, RN can also schedule at visits.
