Position: Registered Nurse - Surgical Unit

Employment Type: Full-time onsite with paid relocation

Bonus: $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience, up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience

Job Description: Our client is offering a significant hiring bonus for eligible candidates joining their team as Registered Nurses. This position is open to all levels of RN, including Residents. Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care in the Surgical Unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
• Participate in our Residency & Fellowship program and Clinical Academy.
• Apply specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Less than 1-year experience required for Nursing Resident.
• 1-year experience in nursing specialty posted required for Staff RN.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
